This is EXACTLY the sentiment I needed to read this morning. A new week is starting up and the opportunity to create “what’s never been before” continues!
Get fully involved in whatever you're doing and find ways to make yourself more invested. Then, make sure you’re choosing activities and ways to spend your time that can fully engage you. Pick worthwhile things to do that make time go away, as opposed to “passing the time.”
Self-confidence and belief in yourself comes from accepting flaws and mistakes and realizing that you can move forward, grow past them, and learn from them.
That may sound counterintuitive, but when you can understand your fears, you are free to reject them. This freedom leads to the freedom to take new steps to new paths of success. When you don't know your fears, they remain in charge of your life.
I so enjoyed facilitating strong voice, routines & procedures, and first day/first week with our @ArlingtonISD 1st & 2nd grade new teachers! Check out their lego glasses! #relationships@ElemFitzgerald

If you wait until you feel ready to take on a new challenge, you might never pursue it at all.
Few people wake up suddenly feeling prepared to lead or create. They become prepared by taking the leap anyway.
Our greatest regrets are not our failures, but our failures to try.

Through me course wide rivers and in me rise tall mountains. And beyond the thickets of my agitation and confusion there stretch the wide plains of my peace and surrender. All landscapes are within me. And there is room for everything.
