🎶 I love to sing but I’m not great at it. I love to cook and I’m great at it. I love my God, my Husband and my Children. God bless America Still.🇺🇸♥️🙌🏻
For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not die but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to be its judge, but to be its savior.
John 3:16,17
@GuntherEagleman The finest police officers should find a way to secretly notify ICE when they’re releasing one. Hand written notes still work. Think of the lives saved by giving a heads up. It’s just the decent thing to do.
🚨HERO: An 85-year-old grandfather deliberately sits in his living room to be killed by terrorists—tricking them into thinking the home was empty and saving his hiding family!
When armed militants attacked Kibbutz Nahal Oz on October 7, 85-year-old Shlomo Ron—one of the founding members of the community—recognized the mortal danger facing his loved ones as gunfire echoed through the streets.
He immediately ordered his wife, two daughters, and grandson into the home's reinforced safe room, refusing their desperate pleas for him to join them inside.
Believing that an empty house might invite a detailed search, Shlomo reasoned that if attackers found an elderly man sitting alone in the front room, they would assume no one else was present and leave after taking his life.
Shlomo calmly sat in his favorite living room armchair and waited as armed assailants broke through the door.
Finding Shlomo alone, the terrorists shot him dead and immediately exited the home without searching the property further, leaving the hidden safe room entirely undiscovered.
Because of his deliberate, calculated self-sacrifice, Shlomo’s wife, daughters, and grandson survived the multi-hour siege unharmed—honoring a hero who gave everything so his family could live.
The woman who taught America to cook was 6ft 2, used butter by the pound on public television for 40 years, and outlived most of the people who told her to stop.
Julia Child was born in California in 1912. She could not cook until she was 36. Then her husband was posted to Paris, she ate a sole fried in butter in Rouen, and that was that.
If you were in America in the 1960s, you remember her. Black and white, a voice like a trombone, dropping things and carrying on. She put a whole chicken on the board, rubbed it with butter, and told you to do the same. Cream went into the sauce. The fat stayed on the roast.
Then the 1980s arrived and the country was ordered onto margarine, skimmed milk and chicken breast with the skin off. Cookery writers fell into line overnight. Julia would not. She said the fear of food was doing more harm than the food. She carried on with the butter, in front of the cameras, while the nutritionists wrote to the network.
She was mocked for it as a relic.
She worked into her 80s, lived on her own, and died in 2004, 2 days short of her 92nd birthday.
The people who built the low fat pyramid have been quietly taking it apart ever since. This January the American government finally turned it upside down.
She did not live to see herself proved right. She just went on cooking as if it had never been in doubt.
Fermented Red Cabbage
Cut cabbage to your liking, place in mixing bowl, add min. 2% salt by total weight - I use 3% for crunch and acidity, mix, wait 2h, transfer to fermenter - I use a French press, let ferment 7-14+ days, transfer to glass container and fridge, Enjoy.
Thoughts become things. That's the 10th commandment from my new book, The Life-Changing Art of Self-Brain Surgery.
Everything real in your life started with a thought. So if you have things that need to change in your world, you must first change the things you're thinking about.
I give you tactical ways to do this in my book. Click the link in the comments below and I'll send you the info.

@CaryKelly11 I often wondered if the carnivore diet would undo the damage I’ve done to my lungs by smoking. I do feel quite healthy. it’s only been three years.
@CaryKelly11 A better question 🙋♀️ how many people can keep the 10 commandments? I couldn’t! I needed a Savior. Thank God for His Son Jesus! He kept the 10 for me. He gave me His Righteousness for my sin. It’s not fair, but I still said yes to the dress!
@Leonajardinho Get a good sewing machine and work from home. During the cold winter months work on quilts. American made is what people wanna buy. It’s been like this for hundreds of years.
