All this investing device got you confuddled?
I early retired in my 50s. Got there through simple investing learned from two easy reads:

AI has helped me go from 5 full dose medications (2 of which was double dose and. ot advised as it turns out) to being down to 1 half dose and 1 quarter dose med. all in a matter of Feb to May.
it even told me how to change my diet, to take my BPM daily at home and record it - and what to say to my DO and ask to provide the data she needs to responsibly authorize and monitor the removal of all those meds s d remaining doses of the last two we’re trying to get me off of.
AI fear mongers? you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Put every blood test, diagnosis into AI.
My wife needed to take iron supplements per her doctor.
Taken them for months with no results.
I put her blood test into Grok telling them about her, when she takes the iron, etc. saying the supplements aren't doing anything.
Grok asked: "Is she drinking coffee or anything after taking it?"
Me: "Yes, right after."
Grok: "Coffee stops iron absorption up to 90%"
Her doctor didn't tell her any of this.
there are far more reasons renting beats buying however. in your little example the math reality is that the FHA loan is essentially costing you a 3.5% annual ROI on your money.
so- NOT buying that house s investing those tens or hundreds of thousands of $ required for a house- if you can best 3.5% on the market (which is rather easy to do)- you’re actually LOSING money on that mortgage when it comes to the power of your money.
and oh yeah- the first 5 yrs of a mortgage is essentially risky interest payments (aka rent)- so the “rent is throwing your money away) doesn’t hold for the first 5 yrs of a mortgage.
in other words the REAL gender issue with pay is a thing for women, not men. and it’s “women can’t handle their man that makes equal or less than women- while screaming for equal pay simultaneously”.
it’s not men hung up on pay.
This post implies it’s men who are not able to handle their woman being “successful.” But tons of research shows that women still desire partners who earn more than they do. What if it’s not simply “ugh, men!” that’s the problem, but it’s the women who are resentful?
Feels like golf would be much more popular if it was 12 holes instead of 18. Put the turn at 6 and bring us home. I’d play a lot more often I think. 18 holes just takes too long, and is also just less fun.
this conveniently glances over the real possibility that nature DURING pregnancy prior to birth had zero to do with this. i think that’s a major presumption that won’t age well over history.
nice sentiment. but it’ll probably look the same as hardly anything is made in the usa anymore (anything that is- is probably only portionally made in the us- just look at what tariffs did to car companies). i mean- did you know Ford s d GM are some of the last “made in america” cars built today?
they are only responding to the eternal complaints by patients about having to fill out paperwork each visit which necessities delays in the doctor being able to see you at your appt time.
we can’t talk out of both sides of our mouths.
Why do we have to interact with a doctor's office multiple different ways for days before we arrive at our appointment??
Please verify your appointment.

Please check in.
How about I show up, check in, and fill out the paperwork. I've set aside my appointment time for all of this.
beyond the “society doesn’t need men” idiocy- they show their idiocy even more by suggesting “we don’t need men to have children”.
oh really? i think even 5th graders know the truth there via sex ed (well at least when and how it was taught in my day).
Fathers matter beyond a paycheck. They bring unique things to the parenting table. When women suggest we don’t need men anymore to have families because women make their own money now, they’re ironically reinforcing misguided beliefs about gender roles.
but there’s “good” and “bad” debt. mortgage is considered one of the few “good debts”- albeit it’s getting less good over time. but- the smart investor (real estate) knows how to navigate that and choose the right debt in this sector.
To all of Twitter/X who truly believed Fauci, wore t shirts emblazoned with his face, etc:
You're not as smart as you think you are. Not even close. "the science" was a scam. You were fooled.
Now you should be apologizing profusely to everyone you told to mask up years ago
i have a mid week ritual (off day in gym and am retired) where i go out and have breakfast and for nearly the entire time i dont look at my phone- always sit oriented so i can see outside while i eat and sip coffee.
