iBuyers were 3.1% of the market in 2019. Raleigh, NC, unseated Phoenix as the top market w 6.8% of sales by iBuyers. Houston had 3.8% vs 0.1% in the 3rd qtr of 2018. iBuyer owned homes are avg pricees 20% below market value, but are selling at a faster rate.
