Mona, a member of the Federation of the Blind, gave amazing testimony yesterday about @Tesla’s Cybercab after sitting in it this week:

"To have something like the Cybercab would be very beneficial to us as the blind community; It’s got Braille in there. Nobody else has Braille. This would be so beneficial. The app is wonderful. There’s space to put the wheelchair. They can just push themselves right in. A lot of times, the Uber and Lyft if they see you with a dog or cane, they drive right past you. With Cybercab, it doesn't know that you're blind. It doesn't know that you're in a wheelchair. It just knows that you need a ride, so I completely love the car. Just sitting in it, how comfortable it is, just knowing something is accessible - it’s the most amazing thing out there."

IMPORTANT QUESTIONS FOR LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS:

1) Do the democracies of the world still believe in the idea of innocent until proven guilty? I've spent half a decade in and out of jail, locked in my house, all of my cars and wealth seized without ever being convicted of a crime. In fact, I haven’t even had a trial - ever. I have zero criminal record. I have followed every single judicial proceeding. I have broken ZERO rules. I am 5 years into this process and every year has been a punishment.

2) With this in mind, why am I in jail at all? There has been zero evidence of any kind submitted by the British state. No medical records, no video, no NAMES OF VICTIMS, no locations, no dates, nothing. Just an accusation. “Andrew raped someone in 2015 jail please”. Is this sane? Is this America? Is this probable cause?

3) If I’m to be in jail, why am I in the SHU? I've been nothing but respectful to everybody from the Marshals who arrested me to the prison guards. I have a perfect record of compliance with all levels of law enforcement and judicial authorities in every single nation. They say I must be in SHU because I’m famous. So I must be in punitive conditions with people who attack correctional officers, murdered their own children and cannibals - because I’m famous? Why?

4) Why have I had zero phone calls? My family hasn’t heard my voice in almost a month.

You do not have to like me to understand what’s happening to me is wrong.

Everybody is interested in my cases not because I am a famous man accused of sexual assault, this happens all day every day and nobody cares. Everyone watches my case because any thinking person intrinsically understands that something isn’t right here. That something strange is going on.

People can feel that there is a deeper story which is not being told. It is the story I told on the Jack Neel podcast, I am being set up and punished harshly, my life ruined, before any conviction.

Most men cannot survive 5 years of having all of their money in every single bank account stolen, thrown in and out of jail at random, locked in their house at random and never given a trial. How do you work? How do you see your kids? HOW DO YOU LIVE?

I have a large voice so I can highlight the insanity of what’s happening to me.

But if they can do this to me, they can do this to you.

Do you have enough money to survive a half a decade onslaught of being unable to work with every single thing you own and penny you have seized?

Do you have a large enough voice to make people care about your plight?

You don’t have to like me to understand that if you let them do this to me - in broad daylight - in front of everybody.

It's going to be much worse when they come for you.

Everyone in the prison was cheering and shouting along with the guys outside yesterday.

As people marched and did pushups, the cell next door to me said “Tate, this for you? Man you the Top G for real”

Tristan and I watched as much as possible from the window.

BREAKING: The Court has granted our motion. Andrew and Tristan Tate's bail hearing is now set for Thursday, August 27th.

We are pleased with the Order of the Court.

The government filed a brief loaded with new accusations, then opposed giving us the time to answer them. The Court noted the government's opposition and granted our motion nonetheless.

The Government does not want its claims tested against the record. We intend to test every one.

Everything we said this morning stands. On or before August 21, we will file our reply and answer their brief lie by lie and line by line. On August 27, we will stand before the Court and make the case for freedom.

Andrew and Tristan remain in the SHU at FDC Miami. We ask that you continue to pray for them.

The counteroffensive is underway.

Serving as the White House Press Secretary over the past year and a half has been the honor and adventure of a lifetime. I am incredibly grateful to President Trump for granting me so many extraordinary opportunities, such as working in the West Wing and spending countless hours in the Oval Office, flying around the world and meeting foreign leaders, and traveling across our beautiful country and meeting Americans from all walks of life.

Most of all, I am thankful to the President for entrusting me with the distinct privilege of speaking on his behalf at the White House podium. I have spoken with great pride about the many historic accomplishments of this Administration, and I have relished holding the liberal media accountable and ensuring the American people hear the truth about President Trump’s successes.

Being a mother and welcoming a new baby while working in one of the most demanding jobs in the world has been the most rewarding yet challenging season of my life, to say the least. The truth is since returning to the White House after the birth of my daughter, I have felt in my heart that I cannot be the best mom my two young children deserve while devoting the constant time, energy, and attention required of the White House Press Secretary — and that is why I have ultimately made the bittersweet decision to depart the White House and embark on a new chapter in my life.

President Trump has asked me to continue serving as a top advisor to him on the outside, and I will always remain a vocal advocate for MAGA and the Republican Party.

Our country is facing an existential threat from an increasingly extremist Democrat Party that seeks to destroy everything great about America, and I believe it is incumbent upon all of us who care about this country to fight back against that threat. My fight is entering a new phase, but it is far from over.

Thank you again to the President, the First Lady, and the entire Trump family for your kindness and generosity over the years. Thank you to our amazing Chief of Staff Susie Wiles for empowering me since the day she hired me on the campaign, and to the President’s cabinet, my staff, colleagues, and friends at the White House who work so hard on behalf of our nation. WHAT THEY DID TO ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE ON SUNDAY

Andrew and Tristan Tate remain in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) at FDC Miami. They have seen the sun only four times since July 18th.

On Sunday, guards deployed OC spray in the SHU. My clients, Andrew and Tristan Tate, had nothing to do with the incident. They were locked in their cells when it happened.

The guards had gas masks. Andrew and Tristan, however, were afforded no such luxury. Locked in a cell with nowhere to go, the chemical spray quickly filled the SHU, poured into their cells, and burned their eyes, throats, and airways.

To protect themselves, Andrew and Tristan wet their T-shirts in the shower and wrapped their eyes and heads in the shirts as best they could.

The Bureau of Prisons' own regulation demands immediate medical examination and treatment. The Department of Justice's own manual says the first aid for this chemical is fresh air and copious amounts of cool water. Andrew and Tristan received no air, no water, no doctor, and no nurse.

Two men convicted of no crime in any country on Earth wrapped wet T-shirts around their faces, sat in a chemical cloud, and waited.

You do not have to take my word for it. Two hours later, my co-counsel Tom Maniotis arrived at the facility for a legal visit. The air was still so toxic that his eyes burned and he struggled to breathe. Thomas cut the meeting short and agreed to come back in two hours to give time for the chemicals to clear out.

Thomas went to our apartment and washed his face and hands. He returned to the SHU a second time, where the meeting had to be cut short because his eyes were irritated and his throat was burning. So much so that he went straight from the jail to urgent care, where he was diagnosed with acute toxic conjunctivitis, a chemical injury to his eyes.

That diagnosis is on paper, from a hospital. Think about what I am saying. Thomas' short-term exposure sent him straight to urgent care. Andrew and Tristan have been stuck in the SHU since this incident happened without medical care or decontamination protocol of any kind.

They sit in that cell over no American charge and no broken rule. They sit there because the United Kingdom, which watched them travel freely for three years and did nothing, suddenly demanded their arrest.

Instead of the safekeeping the law requires, Andrew and Tristan are being horribly punished. Four hours of sunlight in three weeks, bunks too short for their bodies, no pillows, legal meetings in rooms monitored by cameras, and now a chemical agent in their cells with no help afterward.

The Supreme Court says a man awaiting trial may not be punished at all. England's own law says a man jailed before trial is held for safe custody and not for punishment. Every rule forbids what is happening inside that building, and it is happening anyway.

On Thursday, August 13, a federal judge in Miami will hear our motion for Andrew and Tristan's release. If you care about justice and the right of all American citizens not to be punished this way, then you must speak out.

You don’t have to like or agree with the man. I understand there are serious allegations against him, and I’m not dismissing that. But allegations are not proof of guilt, that’s something for the legal process to determine. Not the opinions of people.

What I can speak on is my own experience. This man saved my life, and I know I’m not the only person who feels he’s had a positive impact on them.
