@CarcinogenSDA It feels like they’re trying to usher it at this point. Hardware is unaffordable for a large portion of the market, a consistent closure of studios & transition to GaaS are not conducive to a studio thinking about longevity. It points to execs maximizing profit before the break.
@KahliefAdams I appreciate both you and Gene calling this what it is: an attempt to put resale markets in the dirt. Even if someone doesn’t buy physical copies themselves, their existence is a net good for all consumers, and a valuable check on what these publishers can get away with charging.
@DoesItPlay1 A lot of people being blasé about this decision don’t seem to understand that the existence of physical discs benefits them too, even if they themselves are strictly digital users. It’s a valuable check on Sony’s ability to monopolize game prices.
Dog
Colorful dogs in condiment colors.
They have been waiting patiently for summer.
Cooling off in the sea, warming up in the sand, then doing it all over again.

@JosephFox_088 This one in particular is very chilling. The Electrosphere dog fight is the closest this series has ever come to genuinely freaking me out
@WormsicleTV Sera is genuinely such a fun setting with how grim it is. You get to Act 2 and you’re like “yeah of course there’s flying piranhas that attack anything in the dark why would anything good ever happen in this place”
