@coolideas_ZA received this email on 13 May to notify about @vumatel maintenance starting on 4 May... so 9 days AFTER commencement date. BTW the fibre box was replaced on 6 May & no info was provided BEFOREHAND explaining this swop process. Frustrating & Poor customer service

@ShowmaxOnline there are no English subtitles for episode 5 of sharp objects , there were subtitles for the first 4 episodes. Cannot carry on watching now. Very frustrating 😩And a very common problem with Showmax. Never ever have this issue with other streaming services.

@ShowmaxOnline When are the subtitles going to be loaded for sharp objects? Same thing happened with rogue heroes , Silicon Valley , John Adams, pacific … all series I had to stop watching on showmax . Happens too often but never with @NetflixSA , @PrimeVideo etc
