@Airbnb I booked an airbnb in Tinonee, NSW due to my dad being in icu nearby. Unfortunately my father passed away this afternoon.

The booking we made is non refundable, but I am wondering if an exception can be made. My mum has lost her husband, I don’t want to see her out $1500

@sanjana_k123 @Ticketek_AU It’s honestly super depressing. I’m genuinely so happy for any Swifties that got tickets, but I just don’t understand how the ticketek system works and how it is possible that after all these attempts over all these months, we can still end up with nothing.
