@kiwicom247 Mafia is what you are!! Booking 2nd leg flights which depart earlier than when the first arrives and then not giving us a refund or anything for the massive hassle!!! That's not how business are done!!! At least reply
@SamsungHelpUK The S7 was my previous vodafone phone. I changed it for the S10 so I gave my sister the previous one. I asked V for the nuc which they finally sent today...and it doesn't work. Now they say it need to be done while in a UK network
@VodafoneUK No, I just came back from there. And now she can't unlock the phone I gave her. Not good as it doesn't say anywhere that it needs to be in a British network
@VodafoneUK As I said, I gave it to her already as it took much longer than 10 days to receive the nuc. It was requested before xmas and only arrived today

@kiwicom247 stranded in Vienna thanks to your incompetence!! Phisically impossible connection booked for us from Bucharest and no help to book us in another flight to London Gtw! We have 2 small children. Useless!
