On the Alameda County Board of Supervisors Vote Decision (2/28) to NOT pass the Wilma Chan Fair Chance Housing ordinance. If passed, this ordinance would have restored housing rights to formerly incarcerated people in the county.

And while you're there, our allies at My Eden Voice are pushing for tenant protections for unincorporated Alameda County, and those items are being heard RIGHT AFTER the eviction moratorium, so please stay on to support more tenant protections!

The Wilma Chan Fair Chance Housing ordinance will likely take effect on 4/30/23 when the County eviction moratorium ends.
