"You've referred me it's not for 8 months, what are you going to do for me in the meantime"

A sense of being treated no differently from F2s, not having my individual skills acknowledged and no worthwhile training offered by the department all contributed.

On arrival all I want to know is what's actionable, the details become important later.

This isn't a free market. Those principles don't apply.
