I wrote some three weeks ago. Now, it has been confirmed that many of these bitter add sildenafil to their bitters.

Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone analysed Coco Samba and found out that it contains a staggering 193mg of Sildenafil. For context, the maximum prescribed dose of sildenafil is 100mg in 24 hours. Now, a single bitter drink that can be gulped once contains almost twice that! What's worse? Some people may take more than one. They also found sildenafil in Olekoko Akson bitter, Oga Abeg, Good Time Natural Herbal formula.

None of these bitters declared sildenafil on their container. How did they even get NAFDAC number? We're definitely not ready for the waves of health challenges coming.
