@ubereats_uk why is it policy to not refund for food that has been sitting at the restaurant for around 1 hour so is cold before the driver picks it up. We pay for hot food, not food that could have just come out of the fridge and is inedible
@McDonaldsUK ordered food for delivery on your app, timestamp on item stickers show it was prepared over 1 hour before delivery and arrived cold. Your app connects me with @ubereats support who refuse to refund or replace inedable food. This isn't acceptable

@ubereats_uk been almost 3 hours since I made my order, had 3 drivers assigned so far, each time they sit outside Morrisons waiting to pick it up, so far 2 have given up waiting and left
