People who are stuck waiting for hearings and such (which is what normal people would call "in limbo") are given some sort of legal status while they wait. Occasionally they're told they have to leave and try again if there are problems. Either way, people who are just waiting on the system to process everything aren't getting orders of deportation.

And literally NO ONE is waiting 25 years for the system to process them.

Could the system be better? Sure. Is the current state of the system resulting in unjust deportations? No.

And rights are absolute. They apply 100% of the time, or not at all. If a fetus doesn't have a right to life, then nobody does. Because the same "logic" used to ignore the fetus's right to life can be used to ignore yours or mine.

There is never any such thing as "competing rights." Rights, by their very nature, cannot infringe on the rights of another.

So, if a thing you want to do (like abortion) infringes on the rights of someone else (like the fetus's right to life), then the thing you want to do cannot be a right. It is impossible.
