@Robert_May_ Non Housing Act tenancies aren't included in the Renters (Reform) Bill so this wont happen and why we are considering reusing premium leases for student lets. ;)

@Robert_May_ A tenant cant agree to a 6 month tenancy. A landlord who offers a 6 month tenancy could be subject to a £5k fine. There is no mechanism to end the tenancy without breach of contract unless the landlord wishes to sell or let to a close family member.
