I'm sure this wont matter and people wont really read this or even really THINK about it but I'm going to say it...

I think the issue with men is you don't seem to understand the difference between sexism and shit talk. Same with racism, homophobia etc. You dont realize that even IF a woman is "toxic" (when is actually just them standing up for themselves but labeled toxic) or confrontational or passionate about winning which can league to arguments etc. that doesnt warrant SEXIST REMARKS. Sexism also isnt always blatant. IF YOU ARE NOT A WOMEN YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THE MICRO AGRESSIONS AND SEXISM ROOTED IN THE WAY A PERSON RESPONDS TO US. 10/10 times I can clock a sexist pos in my game just by the way he responds (or doesn't) respond to me. Even if what he's saying isnt OBVIOUS sexism. And I'm always right. They 10/10 times by the end of the interaction end with sexist comments. I argue with people DAILY in my ranked games because I will call someone out for not swapping, playing poorly and not swapping, refusing to swap when theyre getting countered etc. I ask them nicely to swap. Multiple times. And since I'm a woman it almost ALWAYS ends in a egotistical remark, response or refusal to do what is necessary to WIN THE RANKED GAME WE ARE PLAYING. I also have a very monotone voice that comes off harsh, but it is VERY clear that that is my permanent tone. When I'm "calm" or talking normally and when I'm calling you horseshit at the game, I will sound the exact same. Which would be clear if half the people online weren't socially inept. Just because I do lighten my voice or say please at the end of a sentence doesn't mean I'm aggressive. Just because we are willing to call out things IN GAME AND GAME RELATED and be upset that someone is THROWING our RANKED GAME doesn't mean we are "toxic" or "aggressive". It is so normalized for women to be soft spoken and quiet that when a woman is outspoken or calls people on their bullshit, it's mislabeled toxic. YOU ARE PLAYING A RANKED COMPETITIVE MODE. If you are not willing to do what is necessary to WIN, then go play one of the other 10 playlists provided for you when you "just want to have fun". Ranked is for WINNING. Ranked is about STRATEGY and COUNTERING which is what you should be doing AT ALL TIMES to win the game. If you are not willing to do that or compromise then GET TF OUT OF THE RANKED QUES. And when someone is upset at you for not doing it, they are not the "problem". YOU ARE. I will stand my ground and stand on business every single time. You disregard the fact that I was calm the first 10 times I requested a swap, asked for a 2nd tank or whatever else. I'm not going to continue being nice to people who have zero respect for others or their time. I watch Gemma every once in a while and I find she runs into the same issues I do. She simply asks or requests things in game, and when its not done or people are weird to her, she stands her ground, calls them out etc. THAT IS NOT TOXIC. Men provoke me EVERY DAY. Men provoke her EVERY SINGLE TIME I WATCH. They are doing is BECAUSE WE ARE WOMEN. And she is entitled to be annoyed, upset or "yell" at you to stop throwing her ranked game. Men do this 24/7 and you rarely see videos of them blowing up and going viral because men are allowed to react that way but we as women, are not. I have had games where I am completely positive, com the entire time, the game goes SUPER well we win and men at the end of game will still say "you talk too much" or "holy shit you're annoying" when I literally will be nothing but helpful and positive and help the team win. We cannot win. The second a sexist pos hears a womans voice in a game, they are WAITING to pounce. Waiting for us to make a mistake, preying on us. Litearlly. Their entire brain chemistry is altered. This is why alot of women simply do not speak. Stop telling us to "mute them" because the misogyny does not stop there. They will throw, grief your game, refuse to heal you etc. STOP BEING AN ENABLER. I have had games where in the ban phase dudes will say some insane sexist shit right off the bat and the ENTIRE LOBBY IS SILENT. Then I will continue to berate that loser the entire game and after awhile people on my team tell me to "let it go" or "its not that deep". You pathetic dudes really will sit silent while women are harassed in your lobbies then get annoyed by them standing up for themselves. You really just want us to be SILENCED at all times. And it really is THAT common. Sit in any womans stream who actively coms/talks and you will see it. Game after game after game. It even happens to those soft spoken women who don't argue or have opinions. Misogyny is such a deep, deep issue that you people CONTINUE to normalize. It IS that deep. YOU ARE JUST A SHITTY PERSON. YOU ARE AN ENBABLER. AND YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBELM. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
