I made a youtube channel/vlog talking about Motion Design theory, specifically looking into Product Design. Fun times. No time to go crazy with this so it's just me talking to a camera (yawn).
Let's see if I can keep it going.

@norgramstudio@blairenns has a sensational book called "The Win Without Pitching Manifesto" that goes into this subject deeply. I can't recommend it enough.
Motion Design is not animation. It’s not about moving vs not moving, but more about the questions you asked that got you to your outcome. We’re all animators. We are not all Motion Designers.
@cdebotton Ah gotcha. Ya, the Gaggia uses a standard 58mm. But has a weird docking system so I have to make sure the basket works with my machine. We have a great grinder though! That’s 90% of a good shot apparently. 😅
We have to codify Roe v. Wade into law.
And as I said this morning: If the filibuster gets in the way, then we need to make an exception to get it done.
I’ve always felt motion design was more of the theory of how to apply animation in a contextually appropriate way. All who animate would have an understanding of “motion design”.
