UPDATE: Apparently we were about 80% of the way there with the updated text but the Democrats just couldn't fully get behind it.

However, we have just heard that this means the possibility for a bipartisan outcome is elevated in the future.

Our view is the SEC is not going to wait for this and will be moving, alongside the CFTC, to bring crypto rules to the USA imminently.
