@resetbasis First 2 things I look at when I get loan request:

1. Yield on Cost
2. How much Developer profit comes from sale vs CF. If profit is > 50% from sale I have serious doubt this deal is feasible, esp. when exit cap is lower than going-in rate (which I see a LOT!).
