Called their luggage inquiry service @FlySWISS and they put me on hold for 20 minutes just to tell me no new information. The ridiculousness of their service is mind blowing. I will never fly @FlySWISS ever again

Came to South of France to enjoy some time off until @FlySWISS lost my luggage FOUR days ago and won’t give me any information. 35 countries travelled across many airlines and have never seen such carelessness towards their customers.
