@shelly2161 @ACLU_MS No- the judge got it right! The school also had it right! We can't start creating rules to support the make believe world of others. We are in the here and now. Pretending to be something you are not and can never become is just insane.

@nechami @ACLU_MS The judge did not - the school did - and his parents signed the dress code policy. The judge works in facts and he just upheld the agreement between the boy, his parents and the school - and that is boys wear pants, shirt and tie. It really is simple.
