Even after the black man was freed they were all hated, discriminated against, lynched. Systems were built to keep white people in supremacy. Clean up the streets and punish people more often for littering. it sounds insignificant but cleaner environments promote healthier minds, comfortable people don’t have to worry about resorting to drugs and alcohol.
