@united While I appreciate the Star Wars advert maybe focus on airplane maintenance. My flight last night was delayed 3 hours for a panel that fell out of the ceiling in the cockpit...missed connection and stayed in Chicago last night. My flight this morning is now delayed.

@ACAltitude your customer service desk in departures near F59 is in desperate need of staff at the moment. Flights cancelled and only one employee to help look after 3 different flight cancelations.
