@WOOLWORTHS_SA I have a delivery today for an order with you. Intercom is down and realized my profile has old contact number. Your call Centre says you’re not taking emails or emails. How do I sort this out?
@LinkedInHelp I cannot access my account nor any LinkedIn link. It advises me to go to the help page to further u fee stand but even that page I don’t have access to. Please advise
@DStv you’ve recently updated your app and the UX is terrible. App has slow navigation and when watching live TV as well as Catch Up it keeps constantly jumps. Please fix the bugs.
@DStvCare I’m providing you with this information as it’s not pertaining just to me. It’s feedback you need to pass onto your tech team whose behind the app so that they can fix some of the initial bugs within the new app. I hope this information finds its way to them.
@DStvCare We are using a Mibox to stream DStv Now but since the app updated when moving around the app there is a delay and when watching Live TV & Catch Up whatever is streaming jumps. We have no issues with any other app we use to stream.
@vumatel No connection in Wigeheuwel area. Had no internet since 8am. I’ve contacted my ISP countless times & there are no issues on their side. Services clearly aren’t restored on your end. Look at the feedback everyone is giving you, the problem lies with you. What is your solution?
