I have been waiting for an online order since May 26 (supposedly 2 - 5 days delivery time). I should have ordered from Takealot. They know how to deliver. My mak no: MAK4620931. Escalating the problem does nothing. Either refund me or deliver the order like promised.
@webafrica can you actually help us and not just say you'll get in touch. Now nearly 10 days and no help received. You guys are the most frustrating support department I've ever dealt with!
@webafrica please can you check on our Down Speed - on a 100mb line, we're getting less than 1mb. Has been this way for like 5 days now. Address is 328 Main Ave, Ferndale. Your WhatsApp bot is not helpful at all!

@webafrica We still need help. Noone has done anything and westill have a down speed of 2mb. Up is nearly 80. You really need to get your support sorted, not being able to actually speak to a human is terrible!
