@gcashofficial If I sent money to a GCash account from a bank transfer that had the correct cellphone number but the wrong name, would they still receive the money? Gigi cannot answer this question and calling your hotline is pointless.

@gcashofficial The balance was deducted from their bank account but it never was received within GCash. Is there no way to retrieve the funds? We already reached out to their bank and they just asked to reach out to GCash since it was the receiving bank.

Took note of my previous race results and it is so nice to see changes over the years. I slowed down in swimming due to lack of proper training but I did really well on the run! Seeing these results and knowing I did better than before helps motivate me to keep training!
