@spencertbarber I guess this is a state to state law. In Indiana you can have the property state surveyed and one of two things will happen.

1. The property line gets corrected
2. The courts spit the disputed line down the middle.

@libsoftiktok It was my understanding that the US military is only paying for the travel to and from the facilities that perform these procedures and not the procedures themselves. I could be wrong but I got my info from someone close to the Military and VA healthcare system.
