@thejohnhugar I would simply for the fact that I want to see the streak of a Canadian team not winning the Cup continue cuz I find it to be absolutely hilarious lol
@thejohnhugar Is it proven that he opposes the Civil Rights Act or just assumption because he’s known to be conservative like a majority of NHL players are and just a majority of white athletes in general are?
@thejohnhugar I wholeheartedly disagree, still think they’re going to win this series. UPL was terrible and Lyon should be in net for the next game. Bad goaltending and the pathetic PP killed them tonight. Started the game great and then their 1st PP shifted everything.
@thejohnhugar Virtually 100%. The only way the teams currently fighting for the 8th seed (OTT, CBJ, DET) can surpass Buffalo is by winning out (or for OTT & DET having 1 OTL & winning the rest of their games).
@thejohnhugar It’s not about hope anymore, they’re like 97-99% odds of making the playoffs at this point. I mean this game was a battle for 1st place in the Atlantic, they’re legitimately one of the top 3 teams in the Eastern Conference.
@thejohnhugar Also another big difference IMO is that 22-23 relied so heavily on offensive production and goaltending was below average. This year’s team the goaltending is definitely better and the team is more balanced. That’s gonna be key for the playoff push.
@thejohnhugar 22-23 Sabres were 30-23-4 with 64 pts thru 57 games, on a 92 pt pace and finished at 91 pts. This year’s team is 32–9-6 with 70 pts thru 57 games, 100 pt pace, and are in a playoff spot by 5 pts. 22-23 always felt like they were fighting for a spot, this year feels different.
@thejohnhugar Will also say that I don’t have an issue with Bad Bunny, just not a music style I enjoy. I genuinely despise Kid Rock because hes the king of pandering to stay relevant… and also his music for the last 20+ years has sucked.
@thejohnhugar The only people who think he’s surpassed Josh are Pats fans, ragebaiters, and crackheads. Needs more than 1 year of elite level play before it’s even a thought. Also gotta see what he does against a 1st place schedule next year when he doesnt have the easiest schedule in 25 years
@thejohnhugar This is a really bad take. Sabres are like 22-7-2 since the start of December and lost in OT to a team that’s now 18-1-1 over there last 20 games. They’re 7 pts ahead of the 9th seed, barring a complete breakdown they’re making the playoffs.
@thejohnhugar Nobody in their right mind thinks Maye has surpassed Allen/Jackson/Burrow, even if they somehow win the Super Bowl. Defense and playing a backup QB in the Championship Game carried y’all to the Super Bowl, not Maye. Fully expect the Seahawks to put belt to ass in 2 weeks.
@KyleNaps I’m not happy about it but I’d rather the Bills go to Denver next week than possibly go to Houston (I think Houston’s gonna run over Pittsburgh)… so I actually prefer the Pats win, as painful as it is to say that lol
@thejohnhugar I guarantee Josh would play at least the entire 1st drive if it was up to him but there’s no way McDermott is allowing that lol. If it wasn’t for his consecutive starts streak McDermott probably wouldn’t even dress him for the game.
