I turned 40 today.. 👨‍🦳

A quick reflection on 4 decades on this earth..

• Family & friends matter MOST. There's no question. I've accumulated a large & growing list over the yrs & I'm thankful for that.
• Relationships are so important. Build as many as you can.
• Find a passion & run w/ IT (the gym is one of mine).
• Being kind is always the right move.
• My baseball playing experiences shaped me for the better. I wouldn't trade that bumpy road for anything.
• Almost 10 yrs now helping players & families see their baseball dreams & aspirations come alive w/ @prepbaseball - I'm truly a very lucky person.

Cheers to many more decades ‼️🙌

Clip from todays bp at the @802_lab. Been working on bat speed as well as some mechanical issues. Good to see it all paying off! @FlatgroundBats

[justis orton @justis_orton]

Saved clip from todays bp, working on staying back and hitting the ball up the middle on lines, creating backspin, and getting extension on contact. @FlatgroundBats

Here’s a full uncut clip from left handed slider machine work. Still looking for a home for next fall. @FlatgroundBats @PBR_Uncommitted @PG_Uncommitted

Hunter Sloop (22 NC) up to 95 with the heater and a SL up to 80 that showed some teeth. Has to repeat the long limbs but the the overall package gives plenty of upside moving forward. #WWBAWorlds

Post Grad hitters having a day against angled lefty sliders. The goal is consistency when training against filthy pitches. Bat to ball skills can be trained.

Bigger than Baseball

Kaitlyn Klosterman, coach Klosterman's wife, was diagnosed with breast cancer in June. This October, we came together as a family to show our support.

Here’s 2 swings from my Angled machine work that stuck out to me. One hard up the middle the other shooting the other way. @FlatgroundBats @PG_Uncommitted @PBR_Uncommitted

Made a short little 21 second video of my hits on camera from spring/summer of 2021. Currently looking for a home for next fall!

Pirates 4th round selection Owen Kellington. @KellingtonOwen putting in the work! Glad to see actual video of him pitching. If I’m not mistaken this is the first video that has surfaced of him as a Pirate. Video taken from his IG.
