I’m so annoyed @AppleSupport! Our phone data is gone now because our iPhone was plugged into the computer & apparently even through we were connected to WiFi & didn’t type the password, it used the phone as a hotspot! 3GB later the data is gone & @VerizonSupport charged for more!
