@10DowningStreet@Keir_Starmer … I remember this song being played everywhere the last time Labour came into government, when real change happened. But now, we’ve got “Rachel from Accounts” making things worse for everyone. Where is your morality? You’re no better than the Conservatives. How about you reject the pay rises you gave yourselves and take a hit like the rest of us in the UK?

@AmazonHelp Matt, I had to really fight for my rights when some people might not be aware, Amazon haven’t gone out of there way to help me, they have just abided by the “Consumer Rights Act 2015” which is what they should have done from the beginning.
@AmazonUK@MartinSLewis your advisors tell me missing parts does not make a product defective… unable to return product within 12 months as per consumer law please explain?
@AmazonHelp@MartinSLewis - Amazon Leadership Team have now agreed to a full refund, however this has taken me three hours to get this when Amazon should have known consumer rights and dealt with this better.
I am trying to resolve this with your customer support team but they are advising me because the product is 9 months old and I have only opened it today I am not eligible to return this, despite me contacting citizens advice and advising Amazon customer services the following
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty. I would like a replacement / refund
The item is missing screws and a leg , this is not fit purpose.
