@SamLeightonDore I set really small goals. Like if I have a bunch of washing. I'll break it down into attainable steps. Okay, by 9:30 I'll put the washing on. Then, by 11 I'll hang it out. It gets done what I needed without me feeling overwhelmed by all my tasks. Hope it helps!
