Don’t drive with your window open, hide your phone while you drive, don’t walk outside at night or alone during the day, hang onto your handbag and children while you shop, look around for hijackers you when you stop at a red light or park at a mall or enter your driveway, don’t let your children play outside, keep your doors and gates locked 24/7, check the locks and set the alarms before you go out/to bed, keep your panic button with you at all times, don’t go to the CBD, don’t go hiking, don’t drive at night, watch out for rocks being thrown off bridges, don’t stop if your tyre bursts and don’t wear jewellery or carry cash/valuables in public.
