I think we need new terminology. "TV show" describes a 20+ episode weekly season that comes out every year. These 8 episode seasons that come out every 2-3 years are not TV shows, they are multi-chapter movies.

1. The society that produces the most happiness/purpose/meaning for it's inhabitants isn't necessarily same society that produces the most technology/wealth/power.
2. A war between the two will always go one way.
3. Humanity is ultimately doomed.
