Also your customer service reps need to stop reading from a script. If they’re at home have the ability to switch to a supervisor. This is crazy. I spend all my money and have to accept whatever food I’m delivered. No way that is acceptable. That’s basically what I was told.

@AppleBusCompany this is ridiculous. My granddaughter stood at her bus stop for 1hr 18mins. I called the dispatch. They were nonchalant. Kept saying a bus is in route. It would be a different driver; no eta was given. She left. My daughter has to leave work to bring her to school
