Drawing on inspiration from our core artist, Matthew Cusick, we created collages of waves. We used images from @HBO series #100footwave, to capture still images & study gradient; creating depth & tone & the feeling of water with paper @WoodhillSch @amyartworksedu #ArtsFortnight

We’ve been so busy with #ArtsFortnight @WoodhillSch last week! We created mood boards exploring our theme: Olympic Surfing 🌊🏄‍♂️ & observational drawings of waves, recapping skills to create tonal value. We then worked with watercolour to create gradient in a wave @amyartworksedu

In English, we identified features of a non-linear narrative. We examined a model example and practiced writing our own non-linear narratives about the weekend @WoodhillSch
