THE SALE THEY HID
Sep 16: per Shahaf's own written statement, the network was sold that day, "consideration was paid to the Foundation's structures." Holders were told nothing for five days. The same morning, ~1.2B COTI moved through the treasury in 90 minutes — the biggest treasury operation in the project's history, executed the same day the sale closed. That is not a coincidence. That is a payout being processed.

Sep 17, 02:12 UTC: 992,100,123 COTI — roughly 30% of the entire circulating supply — sent to a brand-new, unlabeled wallet: 0x062E20B5… No announcement. No explanation. To this day, nobody has said who controls it.

Sep 18 onward: that wallet has been feeding Binance, day after day, in small constant-value tranches through a dedicated bot — the classic signature of someone trying to sell size without moving the chart. 52,000,000 COTI hit Binance on Sep 21 alone, most of it BEFORE the public announcement went out that evening. Insiders were selling into the exact hours the community was kept in the dark.

THE COVER STORY
Sep 16: while the sale was being signed, the "Avalanche launch" was announced with maximum fanfare, retweeted by @avax. It gave the token a +32% pump in three days. That pump was sold, directly, by the treasury pipeline. Marketing timed to the hour a sale closes is not luck.

Sep 21: a "ZK Foundation" is announced as the new leadership, with a named CEO. By Sep 24, the name "ZK Foundation" has vanished from every official statement. It was never real. It was a placeholder to make the sale look like a succession.

THE PEOPLE THEY PUT IN FRONT OF YOU
The new "CEO" is a Belgian marketing operator whose entire public track record is community management for micro-cap tokens. Eight days after the deal closed, he admitted publicly he had never even spoken to the previous CEO. The same week he begged the community in Telegram to pressure Shahaf into "cooperating" with him — the language of a man who was never actually given the keys. Ask yourself: does that sound like someone who bought a network, or someone who was hired to stand in front of a camera?

He also confirmed, in writing, that staff were paid by selling COTI on the market — monthly payroll "far, far more than 20k" — straight out of your dilution.

THE LIES ON THE NEW WEBSITE
Sep 24: a rebuilt https://t.co/Svciew5IF5 lists the European Central Bank and the Bank of Israel as "institutions already using COTI." This is false. Neither uses COTI. It advertises a Mastercard "with no KYC" — legally impossible, no card issuer can do that — and travel bookings in "Russia," a country where Mastercard has been suspended since 2022. A team that puts fabricated institutional endorsements and a sanctioned-country claim on its homepage is not sloppy. It is selling you a story it knows is false.

THE NIGHT BEFORE THE AMA
Sep 25, 00:01 UTC — ten hours before the CEO was due to answer questions publicly — 8,900,000 COTI moved out of the last liquid treasury wallet, routed through Binance, and landed in a market-maker wallet (0x07d2eF1F) within twenty minutes of each deposit. That wallet has since pulled 53,000,000 COTI off Binance, KuCoin and Gate in two days.

Sep 26: a second wallet, using the IDENTICAL Gate and KuCoin deposit addresses as the first, distributed another 52,000,000 COTI. Same operator. One desk is running the entire liquidation, across three exchanges, while your "community team" hosts AMAs about a travel app.

By the close of Sep 26, the price is down 12% in 24 hours and ~34,000,000 COTI are freshly staged, ready to sell into the next bounce you buy.
