@minimed We are getting ready to go on vacation . His regular auto order does not even include the sensors. His current sensor is telling him to replace sensor. It will bebhis last sensor. We cannot get anyone to answer or talk to us when they call back

Hey @minimed why don't your customer reps talk to your patients. My husband is having issues with his sensor and everytime we call, we leave a message to call back. We've given up on waiting on hold after 2 to 8 hours. We've gotten 3 call backs where they hang up immediately

@minimed .... we have sat on hold for nearly 12 hours with no answe from your 24 hour support. It seems to be non existent at this point. We had a failed sensor during sleep which resulted in a bs of over 450 because it seemed the basal was not being given. DANGEROUS

@POTUS I had to pay my student loans. I signed up for it. You need to go after these schools that charge ridiculous tuitions instead of giving them a green light to continue increasing them knowing the taxpayers will end up footing the bill. Shame on you.

Something big is happening and it feels like the universe trying to correct its own mistakes.
