Update: I’m on day 25/90 I’m sorry I forgot to keep track but just an update I’ve been eating protein bars so I’ve seen some differences in weight / more muscle definition so I’m happy where I’m at but job not finished 🙌🏽
I was literally 147 lbs starting but currently I’m 140lbs and I’m at 19% BF goes to show that I gotta keep going finna get these abs not gonna quit now
