@MorganWKhan@jrxcket It's insane how wobbly nozzles can be. Everyone expects them to be rigid but they've got flexural tendencies of a soda can with one end cut off.
@DJSnM@SciGuySpace All of New Glenn uses Rankine - using an absolute system with easy conversion to Fahrenheit is necessary when your suppliers all use imperial systems.
@r3a9an_k_ My guess is that there's just such a significantly higher stagnation area between nozzles on SH. Falcon only has the one ring of engines, so very little gas gets actually stuck between engines.
@eric_marti17 @Malky0010@Truthful_ast Oh, and for the record, New Glenn could fully service every single one of the (to date) falcon heavy flights with margin to spare. Falcon Heavy does not out-perform NG.
@cenobyte3@ClippedWings22 As an online shopper, at NO point have I ever been denied using a debit card where a credit card is available. As long as your card runs through VISA, MasterCard, or another service, it's all the same. Debit or Credit. They don't care
@ross_um@blueorigin Because of the FAA.... A lot easier to establish a clear area for a statistically likely to be delayed launch during a time of low volume than, say, in the middle of the day during peak flight times.
