If you still believe you don't need Reservation, burn your OBC certificate and post the video.

there is a fraud going on @Cleartrip they are not ready to reschedule my flight even when seats are available with them even @EmiratesSupport asked Cleartrip to reschedule my flight but they played around saying seats are not available when they were @DGCAIndia PNR: GTTI4F(1/1)

@Cleartrip FOR EVERYONE HERE They gave me the desired flight after I sent @Cleartrip a LEGAL notice and made them talk to my legal representative. The entire grievance and notice is mentioned here.

What kind of fraud is this, @Cleartrip? One of my friends is still facing serious issues because of your incompetence even after @EmiratesSupport guided you to reschedule the booking.

What exactly is going on? We need explanations.

@Cleartrip @DGCAIndia @Cleartrip kept me waiting , lying again. NO RESCHEDULE my flight. Because of which now I will have to travel for 19 hours instead of 12 hours earlier. I paid yet got NO service My consumer rights blatantly violated by @Cleartrip. They should be punished @DGCAIndia @PMOIndia help

Since morning, I tried reschedule in my flight with @Cleartrip when I asked to speak to a manager but was kept on repeated long holds total call 2-3 hours. No manager came. They cut the call. Again next call,same reply and they cut the call. I recorded all calls. @DGCAIndia

I called @Cleartrip and talked to them for more than three hours. The customer support kept lying even when @emirates was on a conference call with them and kept saying waiting list is closed even when seats were available Riddhi @EmiratesSupport helped me ask for proof on mail

This is how @Cleartrip plays with the customer. Instead of Ek513 "Y" : class in which the seats are available they select "F" :first class and say that seats are not available. @EmiratesSupport Riddhi helped me identify the fraud. She assisted me for more than one hour.

@emirates changed my flight to another time which extended my travel time to 19 hours. I asked @Cleartrip to reschedule because I have the right to ask for reschedule. But they are HOARDING SEATS! @DGca
