.@AOC accused Elon Musk of gutting Medicaid and Social Security to finance his own tax cuts and government contracts. She also accused him of robbing the public.
She made those accusations on Instagram Live, not during congressional proceedings.
The Supreme Court ruled in Hutchinson v. Proxmire that congressional immunity doesn’t protect defamatory statements made in public communications outside legislative proceedings.
AOC should be asked to produce the evidence supporting her accusations.
Being a member of Congress doesn’t give you a license to defame people.
“I’m a castrated gay man! Stop touching me with that flag!”
Detransitioner @ApostateAri finally yelled at Trantifa extremists in Portland, Ore. at the @ThornsFC game after being repeated hit for wearing an @xx_xyathletics shirt.
Joshua Michael found an access token on Flock's public website.
No login required. No authentication. Just sitting there.
He downloaded Flock's entire database. 300,000 device locations. 170,000 cameras. 130,000 other hardware units. 27,000 acoustic detectors.
Made a map. Published it September 23.
The Senate held a hearing on Flock the same day. Cited Michael's research.
Flock panicked.
Sent a cease-and-desist. Used a brand-protection vendor called Doppel to claim trademark infringement.
The map said it wasn't affiliated with Flock. Doppel didn't care.
Michael's site went dark.
Then Proton moved it to Swiss servers.
Now it lives on https://t.co/dO3mkh1sVc. Untouchable. Uncensorable. Hosted by an encryption company in a country that doesn't care what Flock wants.
The irony is crystalline.
Flock left an access token on the internet. Michael used it to download their own data. Published it. Flock tried to suppress it.
Proton said suppressing it is suppressing information.
Which is true.
The map shows Flock has 150,000 more cameras than they publicly claimed.
Shows acoustic detection units mapping human speech across the country.
Shows which police departments have access to the whole network.
Flock doesn't want that visible.
So they tried trademark infringement.
Which only worked until Proton decided transparency matters more than Flock's feelings.
Now everyone can see exactly how many cameras are watching their car. Where they are. Which cops can see them.
Michael warned Flock about the exposed token in November 2025.
Flock ignored him.
Then got mad when he used it.
The surveillance company that claims to protect privacy just tried to suppress the only map showing how much they actually surveille.
And failed.
BREAKING!! Huge news!! Apparently the woman’s soccer game was being held on public property and the US Dept of Justice is looking into the issue on first amendment grounds. Keep talking. They are hearing us!!!!!!!!
Say it louder!!! Women’s sports matter! Women matter!!!
The idea that we would be attacked and removed for speech some fans disagree with is a hallmark of authoritarianism, pure and simple. And it's growing in America. You don't have to be on our side of the girls' sports issue to see the danger. As a conservative in Seattle, I am surrounded every single day by signs and beliefs I disagree with. Never once have I considered hurting someone or trying to silence them. This is the kind of activity and ideology that will destroy our country if we don't resist it.
I'm not sure if everyone realizes that this "Millionaires Tax" will require EVERYONE to file their income with the state and you get an exemption on all income under 1 million.
It only takes one session to lower the exemption amount to $500k
It also doesn't just hit W2 high earners.
It covers married couples, out of state residents, LLC, S-Corp, and pensions.
If you think this doesn't effect you think agian.

This is the leader of the @ThornsFC fan section. She sicked the mob on us. It was sanctioned. All while she wears her shirt threatening violence and leads fans in chants about burning opposing teams alive.
.@ThornsFC sent violent private security staff to restrain and forcibly remove a woman who wore a shirt in support of keeping female sports female after trans, far-left radicals were hitting the group of women with their trans flags. The trans pride symbol has regularly been associated with violence, such as the Canadian trans mass sh—ter who put the symbols on his guns used to kill women and children in British Columbia.
If these @ThornsFC fans were around 100 years ago, they would have formed mobs to lynch black people. Shirts aren’t violence. Violence is violence. And Portland condones it.
