What is going on with these orders? Placed the first one on Jan 26th and it has been consistently rescheduled by your system.
Instacart customer service has been no help and says it is due to lack of shoppers. Eataly says it’s not their issue.

I’ve tried to attach a large tip to make the order stand out but since it’s a pick up order, the system doesn’t allow it.
Instacart says I can’t just pick up the order and a shopper is required. Even though the lack of a shopper is the reason for the rescheduling…

@johndoe58175050 @itweetoneveryt1 @SeLoMetoo @snkr_twitr Not sure about with Union, but with some other sites they can reach out the company (acting as the person who ordered) and request it be cancelled or even rerouted.
