🐰: Yes, we can. We released new campaigns to adapt to the situation better. We also tried to release... for example, most recently, we introduced a new category with a smaller size to make it more accessible and easier for people to reach which helped a lot.

🎤: What are the main strategies that drove this rapid growth?
🐰: I think the brand's main strength lies in product innovation. We constantly launch new flavors for people to try and experience, while also maintaining consistent product quality at all times.

🎤: What about collaborations? Like the recent ones?
🐰: Yes, like the recent collaboration for P'Ten's concert, we had Taro Bua Loy (Taro Glutinous Rice Balls) flavor. Like I said, we try to constantly create new products and flavors, maintaining that "wow" factor to keep people excited.

🎤: Who usually comes up with these ideas?
🐰: Myself and my team work together. Everyone on the team helps brainstorm.

🎤: Do you bring your own experiences into the business?
🐰: Yes, because I get the opportunity to travel to many places. Sometimes I take ideas from abroad, adapt them to our brand, and combine them with things we encounter.

🎤: Have you expanded branches in all 77 provinces yet?
🐰: Oh, not yet! Hahaha, Not yet, not yet.

🎤: How many branches do you have now?
🐰: 40. We have 40. 😊

🎤: Do you plan to expand further?
🐰: There are some plans for certain areas. We look at locations that have potential and where we want to go and like I mentioned, we also have international plans that we are currently working on.

🎤: What is the ultimate goal? Where do you want to take this brand?
🐰: For Souri, I want to elevate it to a global standard so it can compete internationally. I really want to take a Thai brand to that level. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I understand why people are upset because the Signal for Help is an important gesture. But many in the quote really give me an ick lol, they act like a God that know everything in this world.

Holding someone accountable is one thing, but bullying them after they've acknowledged their mistake and sincerely apologized is another.

Not everyone has the same level of awareness, and being older, rich or well known doesn't automatically mean they know every global campaign or symbol. Especially in Southeast Asia, awareness of this signal is still uneven.

This could have been an opportunity to educate more people about the Signal for Help. Instead, many chose to keep attacking someone who had already taken responsibility and apologized.

It honestly feels like some people are using this matter to satisfy their hatred toward him😃

Hi everyone,

I’ve been reading your messages and comments about the hand signal I used in my recent post.

I’m truly sorry for using a gesture without fully understanding its meaning or the sensitivity behind it. I misunderstood the gesture, thinking it was simply a general sign for asking for help in any situation. I didn’t realize it carries a specific meaning.
