Today, we honour the brave young Kenyans who paid the ultimate price in the fight for justice, accountability, and a better Kenya.
We remember Rex Masai, Albert Ojwang, David Chege, Eric Shieni, Caroline Shiramba, Denzel Omondi, and the many other young Kenyans whose lives were cut short amid protests against injustice and police brutality.
They may be gone, but their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Their dreams for a better Kenya must live on through us.
Rest in Power, our fallen heroes. Happy Mashujaa Day.
It’s actually the other way round Mr. President. There is a reason the right to life and the fundamental freedoms come first in the Bill of Rights. More than anything else we want to live in a free and democratic country because in the dark of the grave where you put Rex Maasai and Albert Ojwang, you can’t see shiny things.
Is he done ranting about the 24K I pay for his housing scam because kuna hii 43k I pay every month for his SHA scam we also need to discuss. Tukimaliza hio ndio tuongee juu ya the 500k in PAYE he takes every single month and splashes on tea and mandazi pale state house all the while insulting us the taxpayers that carry the burden of his greed. In 2027 we are cutting the fat out of our budget to bring relief to all Kenyan workers. The housing levy will go with Ruto.
Auditor General reveals that Sh11 billion in the Talanta Stadium project cannot be properly accounted for

Someone joked that Wicknell Chivayo may be the first “billionaire” to die without even one of the companies he supposedly owns issuing a statement.
But the joke says more about today’s journalism than Wicknell himself, because media standards have fallen so badly that once a man owns a Range Rover, wears expensive clothes and throws money around, journalists immediately upgrade him to “billionaire” and “prominent businessman” without checking whether he owns even one serious company.
No audited business empire, no listed company, no known boardroom, no proper corporate footprint, but the headlines will still introduce you like you employ half the country.
Article 35 (1) Every citizen has the right of access to information held by the State.
Article 35 (3): The State SHALL publish and publicise any important information affecting the nation.
Disclosure of information is a Constitutional imperative not something left to the whims of one person. The era of secretive deals negotiated in the dark will end when we kick this current regime out and return our country back to the rule of Law.
This is a true story:
It is about a senior politician.
One morning, his wife left for work, as usual.
She left him sleeping.
When she arrived at work, she had forgotten her work laptop, and keys to her private cabinet.
Then quickly she drove back home.
There, the house door was ajar,
Something was a miss.
Then, when she entered the bedroom, she found her husband on top of their housemaid.
The first thing she did was to scream for help.
The housemaid looked uncomfortably abused and helpless.
The politician jotted out of the bedroom to the kitchen, still naked.
The housemaid got a beating from the wife, and the maid ran straight to the police station.
The police officer at the desk called the politician. The housemaid was crying uncontrollably.
The politician arrived, begging the housemaid not to escalate the chaos.
The housemaid accused the politician of sexual abuse, and repeated sexual violence.
The politician lost the 2022 election, but I see him all the time talking about integrity and respect for the law.
The wife filed for divorce.
Housemaids go through a lot.

"Hello, Boss, I don't want your rubbish job. You pay me peanuts. Elon Musk pays better on X."
He left his job and bought a blue checkmark.
After 3 months, he had earned a paltry 7% of what his boss would have paid him.
