This week, an undocumented migrant who is facing imminent deportation called Sister Rose Kuhn his “angel.”

This comes as Catholics across the nation, inspired by Pope Leo XIV, are standing up to the White House’s immigration policies.

During a live recording of the great "Ask a Jew" podcast with @yaelbt and Chaya Leah Sufrin, a mother asked me a heartbreaking question.

She sent her daughter to the University of Michigan- only to watch her feel ostracized, and to find herself fearing for her daughter’s future simply because she is Jewish. She asked: What should we tell our kids about the price of their identity.
