@simonateba It seems though politics has come down to who can make the most ridiculous accusations about the other side - and we collectively continue eating this steady diet of propaganda and appear genuinely confused why as a country are so malnourished.
@JoelOsteen You are getting closer pastor - I am not giving up on you...I know you can do it. There is power in the tongue - we need to hear you say the words. Be the change. #wwjd
@JoelOsteen ...Say more.
Your voice has the reach over millions upon millions, use it.

@BridgetFarr needs to happen Day 1 - in a staff setting. Provide a video model even and then train the PLC lead on leading and modeling the desired outcomes. Give me a visual!!
@BridgetFarr @msgandomi I am reminded of Sissi O'Reilly - she visited her classes everyday - I believe seeing your principal often under low-impact conditions can foster safety in knowing that my words match my actions and teachers don't associate your presence with there being a problem...
@_RaChELSCoTT_ I like this Karla - I worked with a coach my first year teaching and it never felt safe - I could not tell who she was there for...us or admin?
@ThomasDuebner I think you hit the nail on the head John, being preemptive with our responses for the responses that we know are coming is so critical!!
A5 Questions - Do principals work with coaches to learn soft skills or PD to sharpen their skills to create solid trust with teachers? Because I had an awful coach the first year I taught here - nobody trusted her! #UTAPP
A5 I think its important for principals to ensure coaches understand their role and also ensuring the teachers fully understand why they are there - and definitely providing the tools for them to be successful#UTAPP
A3 I like the voice principle - it to me is the axis that supports the other principles because its centered on the trust and safety between the coach and teacher being able to express freely their thoughts and feelings #UTAPP
An instructional coach develops a partnership relationship with the teacher and focus on strategies, to improve teaching and learning for ultimately create success in the classroom for the students #UTAPP
