I’m not usually one to comment on this, but as a mom of two daughters nearly the exact same ages as the Spanish princesses, I’ve always made sure my girls looked better than me on every occasion.

Queen Letizia had the chance to pick more flattering dresses for her daughters.

She didn’t. Instead, she made sure she was the one who stood out.

Mothers should lift up their daughters, not compete with them.
