@TPExpressTrains @northernassist travel by train, cheap and stress free…planned the route, tickets booked,1/2hr between connections. 1st train canx,2nd canx, connection lost, 2hrs behind already, get to connection after having to book another ticket, train delayed..1-2..

Further connections lost and another hour behind..have to choose another route as original one is another 2hrs away and doesn’t get me home til 5am, it’s currently 7pm! That’s another ticket as crossing providers isn’t allowed! 2-3

I’m understanding there’s financial strains on any business but cutting and removing simple facilities detrimental to society and the environment and making it someone else’s problem isn’t smart thinking. What can you do to stop this? Our water bourne visitors don’t see an issue
