No street lights working in industrial area near A4/18, 17, 16, 15, sector 80, noida and household garbage are thrown openly infornt of plot A4/16 by the kakarala village peoples. And drain line are damaged. For ref see attached photos.

913sqmtr plot sold in e-auction of amount thirty two crore(32cr.), bidder blocked bidding 2min before bid end time. Is he a genuine buyer or spoiler. My last bid amount of 3.28cr didn't accept due to this highest bid.
